If this seems like a Harvey Comics-ish pterodactyl it is. It's a redraw of a transformed bird from the story 'Jurassic Lark', run in American Mythology's Casper Spooksville #3. It's a Wendy, the Good Little Witch story. But I liked the design so ran with that.
