I use Paint .NET, myself :v If you decide to try it, I suggest getting the Megalo plugins packs ( http://paint.net.amihotornot.com.au.....d/PluginsPack/ ). I did a quick resize in it, this is the result: http://imgur.com/vzDoq.png
