This is my den. Took me and my hired contractors (~5 people) half a year to turn a termite infested, severely mold damaged, asbestos stuffed and crumbling 70s house into a beautiful, hazard free and spacious fox den. This is the main livingroom, featuring Cathode fursuit [Trianon creation] and level 4 ceramic armor on my home made armor stand.
Currently renting out all the spare rooms for passive income to pay the mortgage. Once I get US citizenship I'll be able to yank my mom out of that authoritarian hellhole of a country I once called home, the mortage should be paid full by then, and I'll reconfigure the property into a family home and settle her in this beautiful place for retirement.
