Nice tech this little fuzzball has I am assuming it is an acetylene generator considering how explosive it is....
I had a Miners lamp and a small generator I used for Jewellery getting the quicklime was always a problem so I switched to propane. you could still make it by burning limestone without Air but it took allot of fuel and you sometimes ended up with Lie powder which did not react with water in the same way... still a cool mix of real Tech and Cartoon Tech
