I guess in a sense I feel like all my emotions are trapped and that they'll just cause issues if expressed, in a way I thought I finally broke away from this or at least a fair bit of it but it seems it was just a few sunny days till the massive snow storm that snows in my emotions yet again. It feels like something will burst out of my skin due to them. So much is happening at once and I just want to become a beast to withstand the cold or to break free from it.
