Another bit from one of those American Mythology-printed comics, this one Casper's Capers #. This story, 'Treasure Haunt', is credited as a reprint from 1953, though, so among other things I don't know for sure who to credit for the art. I'll just guess Warren Kremer.
In the story, adapted from one of the theatrical shorts, Casper helps a kid with his raft by being the sail, so that seemed a good way to get a little flat exercise in.
Casper's head is attached weirdly to his body in the original too.
