This is a concept character I designed. Decided to name her 'Pulze'.
Possible clone of Shadow but modded for greater ability at the cost of greater weakness. With twice the speed of Sonic and Shadow alike, Pulze is incredibily hard to fight or predict. She has the best reflexes among all of the hedgehogs. All this comes with a cost though, Pulze can't maintain her speed for lengths of time. Even if she pushes to her best, she can't go full speed for more than 10 seconds without a 1 second reset, she is also comparitively weak when compared to most of the battle characters. She is a good option to fight any Echidnas cuz of her unmatchable speed and reflexes causing multiple low to mid level injuries in a straight fury of attacks. She can stand alone against any hedgehog for the same reason. She could be beat if her enemies had a speedster fighting with them.
However Pulze will overwhelm anyone if she gets the first hit.
Overall, Pulze could make a 100 attacks feel like 1 KO class attack.
