Great Start, really good description both normally and in the anthropomorphism which is done well for these dragon characters. Good character dialogue leading things along too.
Got one thing to fix in concern of dialogue tags.

"Hidden, most of this place is underground. We can't be sure he'll be visible." the scrawny RainWing operating the laptop replied. (incorrect).

You tag with a comma if someone is doing the action of the speaking. Do not use a comma if it is a ? or a ! You can learn about it here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/45781356/ .

"Wait! What's that guy doing?" he exclaimed, "Zoom in!" So this correct.

Thank you for the feedback! Punctuation with quotes has always been a little confusing to me and I was never really sure which way to do it. I’ll be sure to remember that going forward!
