The Redwall Age_Chapter One: Return of the Hooded Wanderer
A sort of crossover TF Fanfic, largely focusing on the Redwall Series by Brian Jacques but blended with elements from the ingenious Myst Series by Robyn Miller. This was an idea I had back many, many years ago. For a long time, I was a big-time Redwall fan. But I eventually got fed up with the consistencies of villains and heroes. I was always asking why were the foxes always evil and why are the mice always good. It could be because I'm a fox, but I digress. The point of this story is the idea of making a fine gray line between good and evil here, with characters that are scrupulous, unprincipled, anarchist, and aberrant, even.

There was a short lived animated series on PBS that focuses on Mathias, and Matemeo. I think in the last season they did the story of Martin the warrior. (I think I got all the name right) In between the shows Brian Jacques would talk about the characters and their motivations. I used to get up on Sundays just to watch it.
