Sorta like the eyewear that the otter has, sorta like the newer Star Fox stuff. If I can say, sorta kinda like a Star Fox/Tron/SeaQuest mix. Yes, Daalrakken beat me too it. The fur in the tube is like Darwin swimming through the sub. It's like he's on the phone with someone and is momentarily distracted by the fish swimming by him and yes, lunchtime. "I have to call you back hun, lunch just swam by."

No it's just a fish

There's sort of another fish image behind it and I thought it came from his visor. I see now. The perspective is from outside, looking in through a window at the otter and that's the fish's reflection.
