Thought do a bit more with seppen and had idea of him outside of mlp. Since he has a mixture of equine featuers with some insect qualities why not make him some sort of experiment. Though his creation was through use of science, alchemy, and sorcery to create the 'perfect' weapons but was long sincened abandoned. Deep int he forgotten facility thought the computer continue to work on seppen even if the inhabitants of facility have long sinced abandoned.
