My most favorite character Commander Ulysses Feral from the hit cartoon 90s SWAT Kats: The Rdaical Squadron.
I do admit, Feral been kind of gruff at times in the series. Especially his dislike of the SWAT Kats since he doesn't they're the former Enforcer pilots that he dismissed long ago. But I seem to find him interested. Besides his huge chin, I do like his huge size and build.
His shirtless version on the right is whenever Feral goes into hand to hand combat or battle. I could see him either simple removing his tank top or ripping it.
I'm so excited the SWAT Kats will be returning in either in revival or rebooted series called SWAT Kats Revolution and it was announced that it's in the works. But no date of release at this time. I don't if any of the original voice cast members will be returning. Plus, some were deceased including Feral's voice actor Gary Owens who passed away back in 2015 which was sad. But still can't tell at this time.
