This is Rapscal. He's the Easter Bunny!
Well, self-appointed. After he learned at a young age that there was no such thing (in this world, at least), him being a rabbit decided that this was a role that simply needed filling. He worked tirelessly his whole life to practice and build up his charisma and understanding of children psychology to become a magic-wielding jester of a bunny, sending kids on magical quests to seek out easter eggs and have a grand old time!
And then he died!
It was tragic, indeed, and he wound up a spirit, tormented by his incomplete goal, wandering for a long time. Until, out of the blue, he ran into Adomm, and with nothing else to lose, he made a deal with her. His body for a whole new one. A fresh restart on life.
Heck of a deal for him, because not only did Adomm agree, but he was allowed to choose his new body's perks, courtesy of her talents as a professional form-weaver. He opted for a half-and-half Scorbunny and Buneary, hoping to utilize the strength of the both of them to become the greatest bunny that ever existed! Unfortunately, in his excitement, he might have forgotten to specify exactly which half, and thus he wound up this sort of frankenstein zombie of a hybrid Pokemon rabbit.
Determined more than ever despite this accidental flaw, he now appears on Easter to lull unsuspecting kids into a magical treasure hunt of perk-enfused eggs, filled with suspense and danger and all sorts of perks, including bunny transformation, flaming ears, shrinkage, and a vast array of other wild and zany perks that make the simple act of gathering eggs a lot more convoluted.
Should all the eggs be gathered, he promises they will be released. If not, then the kids are to become his rabbit servants and work in his factory at minimum wage and only one paid week of vacation! BUH BUH BUUUUUUH!
For the record, that staff he has; it's a back scratcher. He uses it to scratch his back and sometimes comb eggs out of the grass.
(For the record, I don't own Pokemon or their designs; I think it's pretty much common sense at this point. The story, however, is my own original one, used twice now in an RP, so I reckoned I should at least draw the guy.)
