A commission from a while back, wonderfully rendered by  Zempy3 . Sometimes a little extra expertise may be needed where a trained technician may be unable to perform the routine tasks required. So, rather than spend the time to train someone to run maintenance or perform some on-the-fly updates and upgrades, why not spend the time to train the engineer to space walk instead?
