Part 9 of the series.

Notes:
- I really don't like drawing cities, so sorry for the low quality background.
- The "The End ... ?" is not one of those cheesey things, I really don't know if I want to maybe draw a few more of the 'Roo, a.k.a. Oz getting bigger just for fun, or if I feel like leaving it here. This is the official end either way, but I might draw little random add-ons to the series if I feel the need.
