Haha it varies
It's less of a physical thing and more of a mental thing
In squid form I can kind of latch onto people's heads and suck out thoughts.
Anthro form is harder because...well...unless you want a big squishy person on your head I can't latch on. So I use the two tentacles on the side of my head, just plop them on either side of your head, and boom! Mindless!
