I recently visited the Wichita Art Museum where they were displaying a special exhibit of Art Deco pieces. I couldn’t resist shooting photographs of some of the shinier items.
It looks like Pegasus came in a little too hot and should be deploying his thrust reversers. This bronze sculpture was created by Donald De Lue in 1930 and on loan from the Joslyn Art Museum in Omaha, Nebraska.
