A remake of an old character, now in his adulthood and going to be a Fighter Construct in a homebrew of 5e! Apparently the DM wants to use his backstory for heavy beginning plot, which is pretty cool.
He's apparently an AI (SYR-1LL) that gained sentience on an derelict, high tech powered ship from an age millions of years ago that's been in orbit and in a low powered state for some time, and with what was left of the ship's facilities and what organic materials that had been saved from medical, life support, and the crew who perished he crafted himself a hodgepodge body which he downloaded a copy of himself into - primarily to interact with the organics that just showed up there randomly one day, and he's very confused about it (How did they get there?? They're so primitive comparatively). He's a naïve and rather innocent little gremlin all things considered- a high intelligence but very low wisdom lol
His metabolism is also insanely high so he's constantly eating and putting things into his mouth, an amusing quirk our DM loves as one of his goals is to find the ultimate in flavor LOL (and also his 'mom', another AI who gained sentience and crafted him before she downloaded herself into her own body way before he did but that's different, I guess).
The one magic spell he can cast is to alter his shape/body so we're gonna have fun using that for flavour since his AI self created this body to be 'adaptable'.
His weapon of choice is a high tech plasma powered War Scythe that can turn into a rifle at the cost of a turn, and visa versa.
Despite me worried this would be OP (the DM suggested it to me after all lol) he assured me this is normal for the high powered world we were in so...well, maybe I'll upload his scythe in the near future lol
