Introducing a new character to the cast of space critters! With the establishment of a protagonist team and their employer, it's only logical I bring about a potential rival team!
His name is Dionysius Rosé, going by Dio for short. He's a white mobian bat and Eli's sworn frenemy. He is every media rival villain mashed into one, with team rocket-tier commitment of being one. Dio sees something cool - he copies it. Imagine if Vergil fused with space Dandy, you get Dio. Also don't let his cool demeanour fool you, he's very much a huge fucking dweeb.

His looks are very clearly inspired! I'm not gonna be shy about that. It's funny because I originally went into this trying to make a guy inspired solely by Rouge the bat, but I had so many white furred characters on the "hero" team already 💦
That being said, he is still a white bat. This guy is going the extra mile and dying his own fur on the regular, even in-universe his colour choice was very deliberate.

Other than that, he's the first of three filling out the rival team! I havent even thought of a name yet, it's gonna be interesting to see how he evolves as a character because none of the ones I make stay the same after so much time ghjbsjhf
