Mr Snake is definitely related to Sir Hiss. And if you really think about it, their great ancestor must be Kaa.

I could definitely see this as a possible canon. Wolf looks very huggable here, still sly and handsome no matter the size.

Oh they 100% are. Snake and Sir Hiss look almost exactly the same, Mr. Wolf and the Sheriff have the same fur and eyes, and Diane has similar fur to both Robin and Marian. This also means she and Nick Wilde are probably related.
