Taken with my Canon A-1 with a Canon Lens FD 50mm 1:1.4 lens, 15 second exposure at f/16 on Fuji Superia 400.

Yeah right after that I took a much shorter exposure at wider open but I managed to also knock it out of focus.

well some of the piers are along the same side as colman dock ( ferry terminal) and Harbor island is like right angles to the the waterfront so i'd say he shot it from one of the public piers farther up the waterfront

lol true. I thought they had blurred the image. hadn't realized what 15min exposure meant until now Xp
