I was once in a conversation with
baristdeer and we got to talking about how wholesome it would be if Jaanada paid a visit to the legendary Auburn Antler, a coffee shop for people of all sizes. That got me to wonder how exactly one would go about catering a coffee shop to macros at a similar scale a place like Dunkin' Donuts, Tim Horton's, or your regional equivalent. Obviously, macros would need a lot more than any other customer, and you can't just truck that in no matter how many loading bays you got. There's a reason why location matters when planning out where you set up shop.
