NOTE: This is the full background of Harris, who debuted in Timothy Soro's Classmates A

Unbeknownst to most of Timothy Soro's classmates, Harris Pennsylvania was actually an undercover agent named Chinmoku Jisuberi working for the Japanese government. He took a specialty in competitive biking to disguise a usual ninja weapons, mostly shuriken and kunai blades. Despite his job, he actually preferred not getting into shady secrets too deep as he was mostly after refining his stealth skills. He enjoyed good timing in sneaking and acrobatics as much as biking in form of hobby. Besides that, he enjoyed making friends within his newly assigned classroom, especially with Timothy and his two best friends Diego and EJ, so as to reflect his enjoyable moments as a formerly popular student in a local high school.

It remained that way until the Japanese foreign minister tasked him to look into the newly publish project called the MALAKAS Project. However, what peaked his interest in that was that Timothy appeared on TV as an instructor publicly promoting the said project. For once, he had long thought none of his classmates ever had a dark secret clouding over one's current behavior. Harris for once was confused and astonished about some humble fox with yet flashy hair, until he remembered him admitting to the raccoon that he had been longing to become a bigger bodybuilder for at least once in his life. Two weeks later, the Japanese foreign minister sent a diplomat to the United States to help Harris sign up for the project, only to find no visible signs of him until he unknowingly asked Timothy about his whereabouts. The diplomat was shocked to learn that Harris personally approached the big fox about the project and that he was genuinely curious about it, and so Timothy had him sign up anyway, just a week ago. Given that whoever signed up for the project was given a week to prepare before being picked up by the bus, the diplomat might have arrived too late.

At the mountain base, Harris was privately approached by Christopher North, who happened to be an older cousin of Harris's two classmates. After a thorough interrogation, Chris decided to personally train Harris, provided that the faux American raccoon was willing to tell him everything he was sent to do on behalf of the Japanese government. Besides that, he was allowed to carry out his ninja skills, especially with throwing stars, grappling hooks and a heavy bow. As soon as he got a Juggernaut ability and returned back to Santo Tomas, he was met by the very diplomat that the Japanese foreign minister sent earlier. The said diplomat was disappointed to learn that neither Chris nor anyone in the mountain base was willing to give up information about the project, but instead Timothy handed Harris several syringes of a muscle growth serum. Seeing no other option, the diplomat sighed in dismay but was given those syringes by Harris, who told him to have the Japanese labs do a research on them.

Back in his apartment, Harris couldn't help himself but flex to a mirror, as he started to enjoy his new self. However, he received a phone call from his other friend about the coming biking tournament in an hour, promopting the surprised raccoon to pack up immediately and head off.
