Annnnd, almost done with the freebies! This one is one of 's characters, Zili.
I sort of took artistic license with the eye monicle, but really, the lip-to-eyebrow piercing and chain connection cried out for the addition of a monicle. *grins* Not so super happy with the background colour, but the more I look at it, the more "not-so-bad" I think it is. Mainly I was trying to stick with the background colour palate I was using, and beyond boring white, this was the best I could come up with.

Papercuttings are all done with an exacto knife cutting away and layering different coloured papers.
