The title says everything, and no, the blue glowing stipes on his back, ears and tail aint glowsticks, he has super awesum glowing fur, where did he get such fur? who teh fuk knows. anywayz drew it a while back but finnished it off today. I like to draw this way, its easy, usualy turns out good and feels more personal. so if you guys like this, you can expect more in da future!
