While scrolling through my art, I realized I completely forgot to post this spooky girl. I drew this 4 months ago, but I still love how this looks, so I’m posting it now. This is Tetrix and she’s an SCP OC. Tetrix or SCP-6669-2 is a quadruped, reptilian-like in appearance and stands approximately 12ft all the withers. She was retrieved close to a village near a mountainous region after reports of repeated late night attacks and strange prints. She was given the name Tetrix by a D-Class which soon caught on with a few guards and scientists (all of which were told not to refer to her as this name).

But her nickname “The Devil’s Bloodhound” is renowned throughout the facility. This is primarily because her sense of smell is 10x better than a bloodhound, capable of smelling a drop of blood up to 15 miles away. Another reason for this nickname is that her bizarre sense of smell is capable of smelling only blood, making her an ultimate predator. Speaking of which, she is hungry quite often and has to be fed a minimum of four times a day with large quantities of raw meats and the occasional live specimen. While she may not be the most dangerous SCP, she certainly gives the foundation a run for its money.

Here’s a little extra info on her:


• Tetrix, or SCP-6669-2, is completely blind, however she uses (limited) smell, sound, and vibrations picked up from her quills to find her way around.

• What is so abnormal about her sense of smell, is that she can only smell blood, nothing else. Tests have been run to see if she reacts to any other scents. Strong spices, various perfumes, baked goods, multiple cheeses, manure, and even some ripe Durian fruit have all been used, but she showed no reaction, as though she is nose blind to anything but blood. Taste seems to apply as well, as the Durian was promptly covered in pigs blood, to which Tetrix ate without showing any reactions to the taste of the fruit.

• When irritated, Tetrix’s quills will stand straight up and create a rattling sound when pushed together. She will also scrap her tail on the floor.

• The multiple sets of mouths located throughout her body serve no purpose other than being for dealing fatal damage. They can’t eat, but they do have saliva which is mildly venomous. If bitten or it happens to get into a wound, it won’t kill the victim, but can cause hallucinations, paranoia, heart palpitations, and dry mouth. However, if the wound becomes infected, it I will become a serious problem.

• Despite her insatiable hunger, SCP-6669-2 does not have any biological requirements necessary for any other living being. She does not drink, have bodily needs, or sleep. Close examinations have shown that upon digestion, every bit of food is used to be converted into stored energy instead of excrement.
