Hah, that's a really funny and creative idea :D I also like how that someone made sure to fill BOTH orifices! Gotta let her experience laying those eggs from both holes~
I really like that nice dynamic pose on the 3rd panel, looks like she's squirming around as the "eggs" are expanding in there! And that extra panel showing that her wrists are tied was a very clever idea as well imo, it just feels really nice to actually see that!
