Took a snapshot of Applejack from MLP: FiM, while I was at a festival. Looks a lot brighter orange than she does in the cartoon and blue eyes instead of green, both otherwise the resemblance is decent.

It's called Festa Frawli (or Strawberry Festival). Every spring, farmers celebrate a successful harvest of strawberries and their fruits get sold by the masses and turned into yummy treats like cheesecake. Very popular among tourists and prices for the fruit and products are very reasonable. An unforgettable experience to anyone who visits.
