Unlike most of my other "eye candy" girls, Portia has a canon reason to spend so much time posing in underwear or a bathing suit--her life-long dream is to become an actress, and she takes whatever work she can find to get her name out there, and that's usually modeling work as she's got both the looks and the confidence for it!

If she didn't want all the attention, she wouldn't be posing in her underwear for photoshoots, would she?
I suppose if I ever wanted to be mean to her I could use her for an in-universe ad for some embarrassing personal product or something... I'm sure if her character journey is based mostly on making it big in film, she's probably taken a gig or two she's not proud of, and that might be something worth exploring at some point.
