I imagine a story behind this picture... Like he was exposed to a military experiment which resulted some growth spurts... They decided they have to transfer him to a different base so they put him on a ship, strapping him where the cargo usually are. But they didn't know that contacting with water triggers his growth. In the middle of the sea, because of some wild waves he started to surge bigger and bigger... Until the ship sunk under his vast body. The crew of the escort ships stared at the shadow under the surface, which was growing wider and darker - until a head, now bigger than the ships themselves, emerged to the surface.
The vast majority of his colossal body was still underwater. And soon his paws will reach the seabed...

And on a planet made of over 70% water? Talk about a big problem...
