Father of muscle furs? Bit of a baseless claim to fame isn't it? Eric Elliot's muscle fur stuff was out there way before that. :S

I've only got one picture left after various HDD crashes over the decades of a weight lifting fox getting his tail caught between the plates. I'll have to try and scrounge around the net for them. He drew plenty of muscular werewolves and the like, quite delightful pencil work too. I reckon it'd be something you'd like.

MuscleWolf did not claim that. People over the years have said over and over again that they came into the Musclefur part of the fandom precisely because of his artwork. Therefore, the claims are not baseless.

I haven't seen any of Eric Elliot's work, but nevertheless, just because Musclewolf's artwork came afterwards doesn't mean that he wasn't one of the pioneering furry muscle artists in the genre, influencing many of today's artists and other individuals within the genre. He has motivated many to join the furry muscle community as well as to even begin bodybuilding/weight training themselves. The title of "father of muscle furs" has been given to him because he has been, is, and will continue to be an inspiration to this aspect of the fandom!!! :3
