Fun fact: The flowers can be used to make tea

A special allium plant with an emerald bulb, scattered across the mountain of Autivale Island.

Given enough time, the bulb can continuously regrow it's leaves and flower stalk after they withers. The flower itself also produces seeds that will spread across the land.

The bulb contains a precious emerald core which can be used in both fabrication and brewing, or simply a renewable emerald substitute.
