The Oc is called the Neogator and is a neon-lit alligator. He's a villain who likes to steal someone else's stuff and has a thing for stuffed animals. He can spread Poison Neo Slime and feels no pain (he is not immortal). He lives in his container in the sewers. He lives there alone and only pays attention to his stuffed animals, because the stuffed animals are not like others who lead the way or get scared. How Neogator came to power no one knows for sure except for a man who once called the shots as he now does.
