Embellish the hat, including a huge pheasant or peacock feather, add some costume jewelry that looks like gold necklaces, and add a nice gawdy cane and it'll be stunning!

have the cane but i doubt im going to be wearing this especially seeing as ill most likely be going down to a gay bar and i dont want to get ass raped for wearing this it will be bad enough ill be wearing my collar if i go

Ah. Well, canes are pretty inexpensive at thrift stores. I'm sure you could find something suitable. Otherwise, a small stick, painted up and tipped with something gawdy might work just fine.
