Many of my characters will be going through another design change for K-9 Agency. Mainly because Rufus walks upright and wears clothes. So my main original villains, such as Ragan,Armanno, and other characters I have yet to show will be similar. The world will be similar to Bonkers, where there are anthro type beings, humans as well as regular animals, etc.

Armanno is Ragan's number 1 bodyguard, and Armanno mistakenly believes himself to be Ragan's best friend...as Ragan doesn't see it that way. Brad Garrett(Everybody Loves Raymond) would be the perfect voice actor for his voice. Very deep, but can be goofy.

I wanted to see how his colors would look, as well as the clothes. I feel it turned out rather well.
