The youngest brother of Aquadon and Serona, Tsukono is another Wotter Hybrid like his brother but obtains more otter genes in himself than his siblings. He is more serious-toned than his brother and rather trains his skills with a sharpened fish hook. Despite that, his young age has given him the gift of curiosity, and likes to learn more about the world around him. Despite that, scholarships are not in his most interest as he understands the living situation he is in right now and focuses on helping his brother catch fish for trades and collecting rare treasures from beneath the sea's surface.

The fish hook may be an exotic weapon to wield, but Tsukono makes it work with his small structure as it gives him the needed weight to tackle down larger creatures or bandits that could attempt to raid their hut. Tsukono is a good user of water magic as his class is a Geyser (Water class magic), making water itself a versatile weapon when needed most. [Think of water bending]
