You really should have been more careful out in the woods. You knew that setting up a campfire out in the open would draw attention. A hungry wolf or some curious coyotes or something, perhaps. Nothing you couldn't handle.

Cooking up a meager little meal for yourself, you didn't even notice until the heavy footfalls dragged you out of your weary daydreaming and your gaze right up to the big creature that took up a majority of the campsite across the fire from you. Eyes alight, jaw already open with tongue licking at his chops.

Something would tell you he isn't interested in what's cooking..
