This weapon is for  JamesG’s OC Monaku

One of Monaku many weapons, his rat cannon is his preferred ranged weapon. It is capable of firing floof poop filled Rattata diapers like cannon balls as his primary projectiles. Getting hit by the diapers causes them to put themselves around your waist, making you load them more with floof poop, until your a massive doughy comfy diaper blob to be smooshed by Monaku. If they land on others surfaces, they can bounce around until they eventually hit someone, or Monaku picks them up again for later use, or smooshing. Monaku often uses this weapon for pranks, often making his targets into Rattata diaper blobs to smoosh and cuddle up with, much to his poofy delight :3
