its fu***n russian propaganda myth that in Ukrainian biological laboratories birds are specially infected with all sorts of deadly diseases in order to later infect the Russian people as an ethnic group. There is only one question here. if they and their president are constantly yelling that "Ukrainians and Russians are one people" then won't these diseases be just as dangerous for us? :) L-logic..russian logic.
Some of the propaganda just makes my head hurt and the bird bio-weapon stories seem quite far-fetched to me, like a bad tabloid story. I was trying to think of something silly that matched the theme of the artwork and reflected the silliness and sarcasm. That was the first thing that entered my mind.
