First thing I thought of looking at this was a line from one of my favorite Sea Chanties; "Barrett's Privateers" by Stan Rogers:

I'm sure Stan wouldn't mind if you use that as a bit of background for your admiral. For you non-nautical furs, a Truck is part of the main Mast on a sailing ship.

She's a gun toating psycho, I doubt the gun has bullets in. Let alone, that it could do much damage. The cigarette might kill her. She's got anything BUT perfect lungs. However, I doubt unless you were a smoker, that the cigarette would kill you. X3

Admiral has sets of wires, on her neck and on the back of her head. They are all retractable, she can uplink to the computer and other things. I dont concider it a piercing, really, however, because she didnt get it for astetics.
