The creation of Monaku's Rat Scepter didn't only give her a mighty weapon but also give her and her loyal Rat Pamps quite a few other abilities. As one of her Rattatas was use in making the powerful hammer and they all are link. Monaku and Rats can harden themselves to be simple like Rat Scepter, becoming Gem Rat. While in Gem Rat form they can form a cannon from their mouth able to fire Balled up Rat Pamps, Wads of Pamp Gel, Gem Cannonballs, or Bunch of Rat Pamps(Monaku only one able to use this ammo type.). Fired Rat Pamp will cling on the foe to attack with Pamp fang or Bloat up to encase target within the large Doughy Rat Pamp blob. Some Gem Rats stay on Mona's ship the Daisy Aqua as the vessel's cannons.
