Big Fox^^ lots of power (very Old idea from years ago)

-187-C is a experimental creature whose past is long gone. He was made to sneak past any impossible enemy bases and gather as much intel as he can, but he wasn't as big before. He was a normal 5'11 tall fox, special ops, and 4 time Olympic champion of city 332. One day a scientist approached him and said if he agreed, he would make history; He agreed to the deal.
-Learned many techniques, trained everyday, taking many missions for the Agency. After a year, they started doing experiments on him. His power grew and so did his ego. After year 2, he changed dramatically. LEX began getting bored with his missions, saying they have become the same and needed more excitement. He also becoming very vain and wanted more accommodations for his pad; which grew into a mansion hidden in the mountains.
-The Agency grew worried of his actions and performance and decided to put him under. LEX, being a well-trained agent, found out of the Agencies intentions and tried to escape. He got out but was stopped by his implants the Agency put in him. Removing parts of his memory, he slept for a long time... until the infection hit...
-He now wanders the city looking for more power and wants... to feed his ego...
