Silvia Deluma is the Mayor in Klydsedale; a large city with state of the art research facilities by anthro standards. Being the mayor, she tends to dress with subtle flare and style. though she's not particularly flashy about how she displays herself, it's impossible to mistake her presence should one happen to be fortunate or unfortunate enough to find themselves in her midst. Silvia wears purple and lavender as her trademark colors. She's colored just like a typical fox. Like many anthros she chooses to forgo wearing shoes, but she can be seen wearing reading glasses that have a tinge of purple in their lenses. She normally wears a purple blazer with slacks to match over a lavender vest. Beneath that she wears a white button down shirt. Her fur is almost always in pristine condition as is her hair. Silvia only ever wears her hair up, otherwise she'll cut it to just shy of shoulder length. Though she shares many similarities with the typical fox, she's much larger and far stronger than the average fox. Despite her eight foot frame she moves very lithely and can be surprisingly flexible. Her most striking feature though, are almost certainly her nine prehensile tails. Though soft to the touch, her tails can easily be used as extra limbs and are surprisingly strong. It is rumored that her bloodline was actually one of several who were modified to take on the role of 'alpha anthros' to bring order to their race and lead it, though that's only legend and hearsay... Silvia is a very sly and cunning businesswoman who has many connections. She's very careful who she trusts with her business and affairs and always protects herself and her interests. She tries to never get directly involved with her less than reputable dealings as she has many contacts and allies who are more than happy to do a lucrative job for a successful business partner or simply to earn her favor. Despite her preference to remain distanced from the picture, Silvia has no qualms about handling business herself if she must.
