After preparing new outfit, Laura Fortune went to investigate second signal source, but before that, she helped civilians in Old Capital who were being protected by James Headnail and UED. On sandy area she found a cave that was revealed to be infested with a powerful mutated fungus which was revealed to be the second signal source. After destroying the fungus, a citadel was unlocked in 40% now. Later she met Nastasia, who explained that she only wanted to learn about Laura's homeland, but unknown force changed colours on Nastasia's close minions suddenly and turned them hostile towards their former princess. Reason Nastasia asked for help was a hidden traps got activated and disabled Nastasia from reaching the cause. After helping her usual friendly rival, Laura went to check a new town her new equipment detected. On way she met a camp of strange people in black and maroon led by a mature adult person in brown, maroon and gold who later introduced himself as Heriod. Seconds later she checked a house where a person in turban, who had a cats was living. The man turban claimed he is worried about his cats and his life because in few last nights he was hearing strange sounds coming from the camp around. Laura later asked the strange people to leave for sake of safety of locals. Heriod and his group insisted that Laura would drink and party with them before they would leave in next morning. She only stood loyal to herself and her recent task, so this time she shouted at Heriod and his people to leave. After that, Heriod and his people began to leave, somehow threatening her about consequences of what she did so far. Regardless of anything, Laura left after Heriod and his people disappeared on her watch and went to go check the new second town she was already going to.
