Doubt it. The food as mentioned is good. An advertising campaign only works so well for a product until the product is tried. And if the food is great then it won't fall off for at most 2 months without advertisement. Then it'll turn into a local resturant and be popular with the locals. The only way for it to fall off quickly after advertisement stops is if something else and good comes in with advertisement right after dropoff.

More then that if they pull in 60k in 20 days the governnent is going to take up to 30% of that at most. Then other expenses they inquire and other unforseen expenses will make their origanl price go up. If they pull in 3k a day with at most 30% taxation. That leaves them at 2100 a day. If they need 60k then at that rate they would need to pull in that much for a month and a half as they also have to compensate rex and Nat. Lets say we give them 7$ an hour that's 168$ a day for the two of them and 1680$ for a month to top that off. So they would need 45-46 days for that. Again if its 60k they need I'd also recommend getting more then 60k if its 60k they need can't remember. And sorry about the ramble just liked doing the math.

True but there is no bigger gang of money grubbing mobsters then the government and there's nothing the government loves more then to squeeze money out of people. They payroll tax for example, to pay Rex and Nat he'd have to allocate some earnings for that which could incure taxation for that, as its illegal to just give money away. Also any and all earnings after the writeoff get taxed.
