In my story, "New Animal Life", in an alternate dimension called Warner-Earth, Newt gets the worst of it in Marty Mongoose (my OC) and Minerva Mink's cartoons while playing as one of their foes. However, Marty and Minerva really appreciate Newt's hard work and dedication to their show while also caring for him deeply as a friend. Whenever he's having a hard time, Marty and Minerva give Newt a well-deserved hug.
