Tethys can't be walking around nude all the time, as much as she'd like that. Unfortunately for her, if she wants to have any sorta public decency she has to settle for more manageable bust size. I wouldn't consider this a "canon" outfit, but it may well end up being what I draw her in if I need casual wear. Points for guessing who I ripped the outfit off of.
