Loogie's immediate family.

Loogie is a child(well, was) genius, and specializes in making and disarming explosives. Because he lacks fingers, he does most of the construction in his head(literally), which he also uses to store equipment which he can later spit out when needed, hence the nickname. Although he looks and sounds child-like, Loogie is 55 years old, which is still resonably young for an octopus(not really). He loves sushi, but for particular reasons he is deathly afraid of Japanese resturants.
Cephilia(named for cephalopod, of course) is Loogie's mostly annoying, highly affectionate sister. She cares a lot about her brother, despite him being the black sheep of the family, and a convicted criminal. She likes playing the kazoo. She's slightly younger than Loogie, but seems much more childish.
Nautilus is their father, a former Naval Officer who now works construction. He is very disappointed by the choices his son had made in life, as he had hoped he'd follow in his footsteps and join the Navy. He'd never admit it himself, but Cephilia often says that he really misses Loogie.
