Actually, I had to look that up: Enfield (heraldry)
It does seem rather appropriate, though it wasn't specifically intentional. Now I have another name to use for my winged wolf or canine gryphon form. The term 'simuran' has also become popular for winged wolves (or other canids) that don't have avian heads.
