looks very much a wagon bogie indeed, but weirdly it doesn't have any springs, might be old, but like 1850 ish ? seems very weird that it's here in the middle of nowhere on the beach
But unsuspended with such wheels, can't be any younger than 1920-1930

sure was sent here around 1920´s but no idea when was built. but i am sure that is British, as basically ALL about our trains before 1960´s

interesting, it's the wheels shape that is getting my attention, it's in U and I think these were abandonned in early 1900s 1910, I can't remember
since then they are the shape we know, with a single lip

this fell to the sea around 1950´s and 70´s (and the cliff is literally falling all the time, i was hearing it when was walking there). Originally was 20-25 mts over the sea level

Archbar trucks, circa 1860-1900. They were banned on US railroads after that because stronger designs came into use. Those are in surprisingly good nick; clean off the barnacles and they'd be fine for museum use.
